This incredible trip includes the many wonders of Southern Ireland. I have done my best to link the best of Southern Ireland with multi-night stays. We stay in the heart of interesting villages and cities and link these stays with scenic drives in the beautiful Irish countryside. The description below can’t begin to describe the wonderful things we will see on this amazing journey to the “Emerald Isle.”

This trip includes:

  • Round-trip air from Atlanta, Georgia
  • Round-trip transportation between Thomaston and the Atlanta Airport
  • 13 night’s hotel accommodations, including taxes and breakfasts
  • All transportation and site entrances during your stay in Ireland
  • Two nights in Dublin in the heart of the city including a tour of the city, a visit to St Patrick’s Cathedral, and Trinity College
  • A day in the beautiful Wicklow countryside where you will visit the Gardens of Powerscourt and the atmospheric monastic site at Glendolough
  • Two nights in Kilkenny where you will tour Kilkenny Castle
  • A tour of the dramatic Rock of Cashel
  • Four nights in Killarney where we will take a boat trip on the Killarney Lakes and then walk in the lovely Gap of Dunloe.
  • A visit to historic Muckross House in Killarney
  • A day to explore the wonderfully scenic Ring of Kerry
  • Two nights in Dingle including an incredibly scenic drive of the Dingle Peninsula
  • Two nights in Ennis where we will take a scenic drive to the Cliffs of Moher
  • Boat tour to beautiful Inis Oirr in the Aran Islands with a stop at the bird rookeries along the Cliffs of Moher
  • Escorted Visit to the Irish National Stud
  • One final night at the Dublin Airport before your flight back to Atlanta
