PROVENCE AND THE FRENCH RIVIERA

This trip is an overview of the many wonders of the Provence region of Southern France and the French Riviera. We stay in the heart of Avignon in Provence and in Nice on the French Riviera. The description below can’t begin to describe the wonderful things we will see on this amazing journey to these much beloved regions.
This trip includes:
- Round-trip air on Delta between Atlanta and Nice, France
- All hotels, breakfasts, tours, guides and entrances along the way
- 6 nights in Avignon in the heart of the city including a tour of the city
- 5 nights in Nice on the French Riviera
- Russ Head as your tour director
Some of the sites we will see in Provence:
A half-day walking tour of Avignon including a tour of the Pope’s Palace, A half-day visit to the great village market at Isle sur la Sorgue, a visit to the Roman Aqueduct at the Pont du Gard, a half day visit to Arles, a visit to the quaint village of St Remy du Provence, a visit to the Abbey du Senaque, a visit to the quaint countryside village of Rousillion, a stop in Aix en Provence on our way to Nice on the French Riviera.

A half day walking tour of Old Nice, a visit to the stunning Rothchild Villa at at Cap Ferrat, A visit to Monaco and Monte Carlo, a visit to Cannes
