For the last two years, our travelers have really enjoyed this trip over the Labor Day weekend which coincides with the first weekend of the U.S. Open tennis tournament. Each day we will take a different walking tour of the city’s famous sites, such as Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue with Saks, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, the Trump Tower, Times Square, The Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, Central Park, Little Italy, and Chinatown. Your evenings are free to enjoy a great restaurant or a Broadway Show.

This price includes roundtrip air from Atlanta to New York, bus transfer from Thomaston to Atlanta airport, transfers in New York between airport and hotel, three night’s accommodations at the Wellington Hotel including taxes and baggage service, a metro pass during your stay, and daily walking tours with Russ Head.

Whether you are a tennis fan or not, this can be a great time to enjoy the wonderful sites of New York! Russ will be leading his regular tours each day. Those going to the tournament will simply break away from the group to attend the tournament which is easily reached by the subway.
